Shuttle service will be arriving at the hotel for pickup at 2:45pm and leaving for the venue at 3pm SHARP, don't be late!

An early shuttle at 8:30pm as well as a final shuttle leaving at 10:45pm SHARP will take you back to the hotel.

Many of our guests are opting for AirBnb & Vrbo, there are lots of available homes in the area! (transportation will not be provided)

PLEASE NOTE that while Uber & Lyft are available in the St. Joseph and Benton Harbor areas, it may not be reliable in Berrien Springs.

As many are travelling from out of state, your best airport options are South Bend (SBN -40 min drive), Chicago Midway (MDW - 2hr drive), and Detroit (DTW - 2hr 40min drive).
